Crab Rangoon

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese
8 oz fresh crab meat
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/8-1/4 tsp white (or black) pepper
1-1 1/2 green onions, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp red onion, chopped
1 pkg wanton wrappers
1 small bowl of water to seal wantons

Directions

Combine the crab and cream cheese.

Mix in remaining filling ingredients one at a time.

Stuff wantons and seal.

Deep-fry until golden (about 3 minutes).
